Linetex Computers Ltd and ATM Technology Management merged to form Linetex | ATM.

How the Group was formed

SiRViS IT plc was born out of a company called 'Systems Integrated Research' (SIR) when the company was listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange in April 1996.

In 2003 SiRViS IT plc acquired Linetex Computers Limited and within a year had also acquired the IT Support Services Division of Open Systems Engineering Limited (OSE).

In May 2007 SiRViS IT plc also acquired the Technology Management Group (TMG) and with it, ATM Technology Management. This company was merged with Linetex Computers Limited during 2007 to form Linetex | ATM.

SiRViS IT plc de-listed from the London Stock Exchange in 2008 and is now owned by a fund, managed by Private Equity firm J O Hambro.

Though the Group now trades as 'Linetex | ATM', we have kept the original web sites intact because of our Customer's familiarity with the original brands.
