ATM acquired by SiRViS IT

We are pleased to announce that on the 11th May 2007 Linetex and ATM came together as a result of the acquisition of ATM by the parent company of Linetex. SiRViS IT Plc is the new parent company and is listed in the London Stock Exchange as an AIM company.

Linetex is a Microsoft Gold Partner and has been in business for over 20 years, specialising in the maintenance and support of computer hardware and systems.

Moreover, the range of products and services of the business of Linetex and of ATM is complimentary which will be invaluable to the enlarged company.

In effect the combined business will comprise approximately 100 technical staff, thus becoming now a much larger player in the marketplace, enabling the new business to deliver services more efficiently to all of our current and future customers.

The overall aim is to create a stronger and much more capable business with greater operational and technical depth from which we would be delighted to continue to be one of your key service and support partners.
